This session will not only help participants to “detangle” the web, but also provide an insight into how best to utilise these technologies.

Show me the money! Proving the value of meetings and events
When you are asked, “What is this meeting/event costing us and what are we getting in return?” What if your answer could contain the exact cost of the meeting and the return on investment it provided to the company.

This session will demonstrate, via case studies, how participants can use a Return on Investment (ROI) process to improve their ROI and to market the event to stakeholders to achieve more engagement, and therefore more budget support.

Sustainability applies to all facets of event management.  This session looks at real solutions that do make a difference and discusses what is in store for the future – including the mandatory compliance to the Carbon Neutral Reduction Scheme and how this will impact the industry.
