ShowGizmo www.showgizmo.com is the only event app you need - a mobile application for iPhone, iPad, Android and BlackBerry that includes event information from programmes, floor plans, social media and a complete digital networking tool for all event participants. Integrated lead capture for exhibitors, the ability to make meetings with anyone registered, and sponsorship opportunities provide ways to engage all stakeholders. There will be an experienced member of the ShowGizmo team onsite at AIME to provide assistance, and to make sure you mobilise with confidence!

AIME Exhibitor Information Before the event:
- Edit your company profile for delegates to review on their app. Add information, staff details, photos, attach documents, add promotions and incentives and list multiple URL links.
- Use ShowGizmo to browse the list of people and other exhibitors.
- Arrange meetings with other attendees.
- Join in the conversation across Twitter through the app.
- Tell delegates that you'll be using the app at the show and encourage them to download it too.
Use the QR codes from the system creatively in your event marketing materials, stand design, on staff uniforms etc to attract delegate attention – ask us how.Only QR codes generated by the ShowGizmo system can be read by users of the AIME app at the show.
During the event:
Capture leads – display the printable poster showing your unique exhibitor QR code so delegates using the event apps can capture all the information you have uploaded straight to their smartphones. In return you get the attendee’s name and email in a real-time report accessible online. Please note that other barcode or QR code scanners will not be able to read your QR code.
- Add notes to the leads you capture using ShowGizmo, rate them or insert additional information.
- The more people who download your files the fewer brochures you'll need. Attach multiple documents and URLs to your exhibitor profile.
- Encourage delegates to scan your QR code by offering a prize.
- Capitalise on the Twitter frenzy – tweet using the event hashtag #AIME2012 so your conversation is displayed within the app.
After the event:
- Follow up leads from your online lead report.
- Benefit from the virtual AIME 2012 databaseas your profile remains accessible to delegates long after the show closes.
- Reflect on all the time, effort and paper saved through using a mobile app at AIME2012!
