Step 1
Fill in the booking form. Complete the form and return to the AIME Sales Manager.
Step 2
AIME will contact you to confirm stand location.
Step 3
Once we have reviewed all completed paperwork and confirmed your location you will be sent an invoice to confirm your participation.
Once your stand is confirmed you will receive an email that contains your personalised reference number and access code to log into the Exhibitor Zone on the AIME website. You will continue to receive information from the AIME office, including your Exhibitor Manual (around October), which will assist in your preparation for the event.
