ICCA Business Exchange at AIME 2012

The ICCA Business Exchange (ICCA BE) is an event where an ICCA member will bring in business lead information of a meeting that they are involved or fully aware off. At the ICCA BE session, this information will be exchanged with other ICCA members who will also bring in their own business leads. As all the business leads involved in Asia Pacific rotation meetings only, it certainly has great value for other members if they should like to bid for this meeting. For your kind information, there are only 15 slots available for the BE session and they the slot will be allocated on first-come-first served basis. We would like to encourage that all members need to be very transparent and sincere in submitting their business lead, as this will ensure the success of the BE session.

A lead for the ICCA BE AIME 2012 must meet the following criteria:
1.    Attendance     The meeting must attract at least 250 delegates or more
2.    Frequency       The meeting must be Annual and/or Biennial
3.    Rotation          The meeting involves Asia Pacific rotation only

Important note:
•    In case of Past Meetings, it should be organised after 1 Jan 2010 and for Future Meetings it should take place before 1 Jan 2014.
•    Only Lead proposal forms that have been fully filled out will be accepted.
•    Deadline for submission is 6th February 2012
