- Only pre-registered AIME 2012 visitors who are badge holders, visitors who register on the day, Hosted Buyer, Media and exhibitor badge holders will be able to attend AIME 2012.
- Visitors must be involved in the meetings, incentive, business travel and events industries.
- Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from AIME 2012.
- Anyone obtaining an AIME 2012 visitor or exhibitor badge by theft, deception or other illegal means will be asked to leave AIME 2012.
- Anyone attending AIME 2012 should carry some form of photo-ID (passport, photo-ID driving licence, national identity card) or other identification acceptable to the Organisers which the Organisers may ask to see.
- No one under the age of 18 will be able to attend AIME 2012.
- Anyone attending AIME 2012 who has not paid the Industry Supplier fee must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting or soliciting of attendees at AIME 2012.
- The Organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from AIME 2012 and Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre who the Organisers consider to be displaying objectionable behaviour or who are involved in demonstrations or any other activity which may disrupt AIME 2012 or who are otherwise in breach of or are likely to breach this policy.
- The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to any person at their complete discretion.
