ShowGizmo www.showgizmo.com is the only event app you need - a mobile application for iPhone, iPad, Android and BlackBerry that includes event information from programmes, floor plans, social media and a complete digital networking tool for all event participants. Integrated lead capture for exhibitors, the ability to make meetings with anyone registered, and sponsorship opportunities provide ways to engage all stakeholders. AIME Attendee Information Before the event:
- Upload your personal profile so people can find you. Include information, contact details, photos, attach documents and list multiple URL links. You decide what information is made public.
- Use ShowGizmo to browse the list of exhibitors and sponsors.
- Arrange meetings with other attendees or exhibitors.
- Decide what programme sessions you want to attend.
- Join in the conversation across Twitter through the app.
During the event:
- Add notes to your favourites, rate them or insert additional information.
- Include personal websites, social media sites or event specific pages to increase connections at the event.
- Check out the programme.
- Get real time updates and push notifications from the event producer and exhibitors during the day.
- Capitalise on the Twitter frenzy – tweet using the event hashtag #AIME2012 so your conversation is displayed within the app.
Use the integrated floor plan to find your way around the event with ease.
- Register on the day by walking-in to the event and signing in with the event password.
- Use ShowGizmo offline to save data charges.
After the event:
- View all your favourite information easily through the web-portal or, once cached, in your phone in offline mode.
