What is the Hosted Buyer Program?
AIME invites buyers from Australia and around the world to be hosted at AIME. These buyers are given the opportunity to meet with exhibitors through a dedicated and exclusive Pre Scheduled Appointment (PSA) system. Buyers are also provided with a number of exclusive VIP benefits.
Who attends AIME as a Hosted Buyer?
Hosted Buyers are key decision makers within their field, and come from a variety of industry sectors. If you are responsible for managing, organising or influencing special events, business travel, conferences, meetings, exhibitions or incentives you may be eligible to attend AIME as a Hosted Buyer.

Introduced in 2013, these buyers have an online diary only and do no take part in preference selection process, thereby gaining more control over diary of appointment. Attend 4 appointments per day.
