With 15 years experience in Event Management & Hospitality Fiona Mercer commenced with Staging Connections in 2001. Initially taking on the role of Event Stylist, Fiona quickly incorporated the advanced technology available through Staging Connections into her events.

Fiona's significant and diverse experience with the industry has seen her as a qualified Sous and Head Chef in 5 star venues worldwide including The Dorchester in London, and
Stephanies in Australia.  She has a wide variety of other hospitality roles including Banquet Sales Manager, Banquet Manager, Operations Manager and Venue manager. Her vast wealth of experience in Event Management and Event Staging means Fiona is qualified to offer a balanced perspective for audio visual interpretation from an organising, operational and purchasing point of view.

Fiona recently assumed an exciting and challenging role as Staging Connections Sales Manager Crown Properties, eight years after first joining Staging Connections.
