Julian was based in Westminster at AVA Ltd until 2009 where he worked as the Business Development Manager for a number of different member based organisations. For each client he developed tailored solutions that raised the clients' profile, minimised costs and maximised the various revenue streams available to them. In 2009 Julian fell in love with an Australian woman and made the move to Australia where he is working to deliver the same impressive results for nonprofits in the Asia-Pacific area.
Companies Julian worked with before coming to Australia included: Roche, Astrazeneca, British Council of Shopping Centres, European Society of Association Executives, American Society of Association Executives, Institute of Association Management, Events Industry Association (Eventia), Joint Security Industry Council, Honda Racing, Pfizer (USA), and Novartis Pharmaceuticals (USA & Switzerland).
