Who qualifies as a Hosted Buyer?

  • Hosted Buyer Qualification

    To recieve an invitation to participate in the Hosted Buyer Program, certain applicants will be required to demonstrate the business that they have responsibility for or are looking to place.

    AIME Hosted Buyers come from a variety of industries and have a number of job roles, but their eligibility is based around the following criteria:

    • Purchasing authority for placing meetings, events, incentive or business travel
    • The number of annual international meetings, events, incentives or congresses they are organising
    • The future business they are sourcing/booking for 2018 and beyond
    • Annual budget for meetings, events, incentives and congresses
    • Reasons for attending
    • For buyers traveling from outside of Asia Pacific our team will also verify the number of overseas events held regularly and their purchasing authority for these events
  • Hosted Buyers are invited from a range of sectors:
