The Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) is a world-class venue that caters for both national and international business events, public and trade exhibitions, gala dinners, concerts and specialised events.
MCEC is Australia's most versatile facility featuring 52 meeting rooms of various sizes; a grand banquet room; a spectacular entry level foyer; and a 5540 state-of-the-art plenary that can be divided into three self-contained, acoustically separate theatres.
Offering free Wi-Fi further establishes the venue as an industry leader, being the first centre in Australia to provide visitors with this technology. Internet coverage extends throughout the venue including meeting rooms, exhibition bays, the plenary and all other public spaces.
Sitting alongside and internally linked to the convention centre is the exhibition centre featuring 30,000 square metres of purpose-built clear-span exhibition space, meeting rooms, a 466-seat auditorium and the Clarendon Room with spectacular views over the Yarra River.

By tram: Trams 96, 109 and 112 stop outside the main entrance to the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.
