Asia Pacific Incentives Meetings Event (AIME) is the region’s leading business event.  Its Hosted Buyer Program brings together decision makers, meeting and events suppliers and service providers to create meaningful business connections. 

The Hosted Buyer Program connects senior event professionals from the global business events industry with more than 400 destinations, venues and event suppliers from around the world.

Fully hosted buyer benefits

For many years buyers have been able to attend AIME in a fully hosted capacity – which means a VIP experience including return flights, transfers, accommodation etc. in return for completing 32 Pre-scheduled Appointments (PSAs).

In 2021, we introduced two new categories to the hosted buyer program:

• Semi-hosted buyers – you pay for flights, we provide accommodation plus more great benefits, and you only need to complete 20 PSAs
• Hosted day buyer – you complete 10 PSAs on the Wednesday and you can attend the Knowledge Program and Welcome Event on Monday

AIME 2024 officially kicks off with MCB’s Uncover Melbourne Experience on Sunday, 18 February – which showcases hidden gems and unique event experiences in and around Melbourne and regional Victoria. Whilst the Uncover Melbourne Experience is mandatory for international buyers, for the first-time at AIME, domestic buyers can elect to skip Sunday activities and fly in on Monday morning instead, providing more flexibility with your time at AIME.
